Erica did a great job of assisting me with the purchase of my property when it was time to sell there wasn't any other agent I wanted to work with. Erica continued to work through the COVID shutdown to ensure my property was best placed for sale once restrictions were lifted. She was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had after moving to the US and went above and beyond to continue to support me and answer questions after I returned home to Australia to ensure a smooth sales process. Knowing Erica was looking after my interests gave me confidence that it was being handled at the highest standards, even when I was not there in person.
